Masterson’s Pub , located in the heart of Moonee Ponds , promotes itself as a chic “hipster” locale , but my latest trip at this establishment became a nightmarish ordeal . While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I found behind its walls was appalling and beyond comprehension .
The State of Affairs: Unhygienic and Abandoned
From the moment I entered , it was apparent that cleanliness was not a priority at this bar . The ground was covered in grime , and a overpowering stench of stale beer and neglected washrooms suffused the entire bar . With a smell of a mixture of human waste, decay and sickness .
